Joseph, Abbey and I had a good two hour hike up and back to Pole Steeple overlook. Trying to give my leg muscles and heart a workout without the road running. Felt great to be in the woods!
Joseph ran most of the way up while pretending he was Luke Skywalker fighting Emperor Palpatine.

Hiking in Michaux State Forest
We were laughing because Abbey was sniffing the camera as the self-timer was about to go off.
Another video below. Lots of people at the top (including a geology class). The view was nice (though overcast), yet Jose was more interested in what the name graffiti said on the rocks (ah well . . .)
